Performance Coaching

The FOCUS to achieve your goals.

What do you need to do to improve your performance?

Increasing your performance on a consistent basis begins with understanding what you want to achieve, your vision, what your major struggles are and what motivates you to take action.  Then it means staying laser-focused on the actions that you need to take and staying committed to the process.
Here is the process:

  1. Make performance improvement a priority.
  2. Define your vision and what you want to achieve.
  3. Identify your goals and values.
  4. Plan and schedule according to your priorities.
  5. Get organized to save time and energy.
  6. Create systems to track your actions and results.
  7. Improve your mindset to stay focused.
  8. Enhance your resources to increase your value.
  9. Enlist Mentors and Mastermind Groups.
  10. Be consistent.

These are the steps to the Performance Coaching Program that I created to help executives and managers achieve their personal and professional goals.  Clients who apply these steps have consistently improved their performance and moved closer to their goals each month they are on the system.

How much improvement am I talking about? It depends on you and the work that you put in.  It is typical for some coaching clients to focus on one area at a time such as improving organization or communication.  With this program you can improve in MULTIPLE areas depending on your priorities and your commitment to creating change. It’s up to you.

The result of my work is an approach to creating systems and organizing your responsibilities so you stay focused on priorities and complete the tasks needed to move you forward toward your goals.  Understand that this requires discipline and commitment.  It takes time and effort to replace a performance-defeating habit with a performance-enhancing habit.  Clients who consistently follow these steps improve their results.  Best of all, they feel empowered and experience more confidence and fulfillment in their lives.  What used to seem hard is now easy and they are ready to take on more!

I’m known to work best with people who know what they want and are looking for a system to help them stay focused so they can achieve their goals.  I enjoy working with people who are committed to continuous self-improvement and have a NO EXCUSES attitude.  They accept 100% responsibility for their lives.  These are the people that I choose to work with, because I know that they will have success with the system.

A Little Background

For 16 years I was co-owner of a reputable software company that specialized in designing, developing and implementing financial software solutions for mid-size manufacturing and distribution companies.  I had the opportunity to work with numerous executives and managers, including CFO’s, controllers, accounting managers, sales directors, and operations managers, helping them to improve company performance through software automation.  In doing so, I was exposed to the many challenges that they faced and how the software alone was not enough to provide them with the skills and tools to achieve their goals.

It is my desire to apply the concepts of automation (the technique of making a process or a system operate spontaneously or unconsciously with less effort) to help people perform better.

After four years of research, I developed a program to improve focus and provide the ability to accomplish more with less effort.
